Welcome to GrowthFreakers. By accessing our website, engaging our AI engineering services, or purchasing client packages, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.
1. Client Services & Ownership
Upon full payment of project fees, client receives full intellectual property ownership of custom website code, visual designs, and database integrations created specifically for their organization.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We commit to maintaining high availability on deployed serverless CDNs and AI API endpoints. Dedicated enterprise retainer packages include priority SLA support.
3. Limitation of Liability
GrowthFreakers shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party platform API outages (e.g. Meta WhatsApp, OpenAI, ElevenLabs).
